Although we accept exchanges all sales are final and non-refundable.
Hair Exchanges
Email us first concerning any exchanges. Hair can be exchanged within 3 days of initially receiving your order. However you will still be held liable for shipping cost of inital order as well as new order. ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL FORM WITH NO DAMAGES INCLUDING PACKAGING. You will be held accountable for any damages.
Shipping times
Although most items ship earlier our standard processing/shipping times can be up to 10 business days. *Not including weekends or holidays.
* You will not be refunded because you need your hair by a certain time.
*Your are welcome to email us prior to placing your order to get an estimated delivery date.
Express Shipping
Overnight shipping maybe available by request for in stock items.
Tracking Numbers
Once we receive your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive your tracking number in a separate email once your order physically ships.
